The grapes are planted organically at 1600m above the sea level at ‘’Aïn El Rehben’’, Beit Chabab Monastery Vineyard, One of the highest in Lebanon. The sweeteness of the Ice Wine comes naturally from the late harvesting: when the temperature reaches the lowest expected level and while the frozen grapes are still on the vine. The 2014 Ice Wine is balanced in the mouth, a sweet concentration with no excess. It seduces with its pinch of pear and orange blossom, while its fruity character is expressively marked by the Sauvignon. The finish is appropriately long and spicy with a slight orange peel tip.
